This is to announce that our company name is officially changed from Evalue to Avalue on 1.Feb.2007. We made this decision to demonstrate a whole new brand image and our determination of seeking after greater achievements.

Avalue, a prominent brand in embedded computer system field, has been dedicated to provide innovative technologies, high quality control and customization services since established in 2000. Consideration for providing greater and wider range of industrial motherboard products to our customers, Avalue merged BCM, a well-known embedded computer systems integrator, in 2006. Another remarkable strategic alliance completed in the same year was cooperation between Avalue and Advansus. Avalue and Advansus own advanced R&D ability and superior manufacturing capability respectively. Combining their respective core values, Avalue will gain great competences on manufacturing and quality control. It is indicative to deliver our customers more competitive solution and create greater benefits to our shareholders.

Starting this year, Avalue has actively transformed the brand image and sought for favorable strategic alliances. After deliberate consideration and discussions, we officially announced the decision of the change of company’s name. This transition signifies Avalue will be expected to satisfy our customers with professional service, advanced technologies, competitive solution and a new image.

In the future, the renewed Avalue team will exert all the energies and efforts to fulfill the diverse and overwhelming demands from the market and head toward a world-class leading brand!
