Evalue, a renowned innovator for x86 embedded solution, is pleased to introduce its RISC expertise with REV-7820, an OS ready evaluation kit designed for further application development.
REV-7820 is a complete RISC base signal board system integrated with Intel® PXA255 processor and versatile OS development tool supporting both WINDOWS CE and LINUX. The onboard PXA255 processor is a 32-bit, 400 MHz core speed SoC engine based on Intel® XScale® technology. REV-7820 is designed to meet embedded system application which requires ultra low power consumption, high performance and rich I/O interfaces on a compact system board.
The system is ready with 64 MB SDRAM, 64 MB NOR Flash, dual LAN and multiple I/O interfaces onboard. For Linux users, it is both 2.4 & 2.6 ready for evalution. The board is furnished with rich Debian binary instant installation, and optional cross platform development environment.
